I’ve been following this garbage for a few days and haven’t posted it because - eh, its boring.

Until now!
Here’s the lowdown.  Internet Attention Whore and IRL Dwarf Tila Nguyen had been dating pro football player Shawne Merriman.  Sometime last week; she called the police on her bf and filed a citizen’s arrest report charging him with battery and false imprisonment.  Merriman said he was trying to stop her from leaving the house inebriated.

Needless to say, the Internet had an orgasm at this news. 

More details trickled out:  Merriman was arrested and then released a couple of hours later.  The midget went to the hospital (at HER request).  Then there was this little tidbit (boldface mine):

“Deputies did not observe any injuries to her, but she wanted to go and that is her right,” Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Jan Caldwell said.

According to Pomerado spokesman Andy Hong, Tequila was treated and released at 7:36 a.m. in good condition.

Caldwell said that alcohol was involved in the incident, and that Tequila admitted to being intoxicated. She could not speak to Merriman’s level of intoxication early Sunday morning. (sauce)

“I am only 93 pounds and 4 ft 11. I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila ‘Tequila’ cuz (sic) the irony… I can’t drink.” (sauce)

Uh-huh.  Then digs up her past tweets and finds this little gem:

“Dman im drunk!!!!!!! Im headed to this Chargers VS 49ers game right now!!!!!!!! YAYYYYYYY!!!!!! @shawnemerriman u ready?? LETS GOOOOO! =)”  (sauce)

Well, the District Attorney reviews the case, Tila shows off her ‘bruises’, Merriman keeps his mouth shut the whole time and the expected happens- DA drops the case.  Needless to say the elf was not pleased 

These 2 COWARDS beat women: @mechanicalDummy (Chris Brown’s twitter) & @Shawnemerriman and they both got away with it. They are PUSSY BITCHES! NOT MEN AT ALL! (sauce)

I know, you’re saying SO WHAT?  Well, two things: 1) She has made her Twitter Page PRIVATE (only people actually following her can see) and more importantly was this tweet sent awhile ago:
